Massam is a fine white British breed which is soft to the touch. A cross between the Wensleydale and Swaledale breeds, it can sometimes be spelled, "Masham", after the Yorkshire village.
40 - 60 Bradford count, 12 to 25cm (ave) staple length, 30 to 33 micron.
