Information

Corriedale wool is an excellent choice if you're looking to spin a yarn for knitwear. The tops we get are a little finer than those offered elsewhere, and so you can be sure that your jumper will last for years to come. Corriedale is also popular with needle felters.
A good deep brown shade. Produced in the Falklands and combed from selected fleeces. Falkland wools are produced with high welfare standards and without the use of pesticides.

Staple Length: 8-15 cm
Main Uses: Wonderfully reliable, soft wool that spins, felts and dyes well. It makes a good alternative to Merino and comes in a number of natural shades.
Other Facts : Originally bred through crossing the Merino with Lincoln Longwool breeds.
