A special blend of superwash machine washable Polwarth with 20% nylon.

The nylon gives extra strength for sock wool, combined with the machine washable Polwarth its a perfect sock making fibre.

Superwash machine washable wool is great for dyeing as it will not felt.
Nylon takes the same types of dyes as wool. This combination means it can be very easily dyed with Landscape dyes for some creative sock work. Spin it, dye in the hank and its ready to make a unique product.

Being superwash treated this wool is machine washable and will not felt.

Beautiful and soft perfect for dyeing, can't wait to see how I dye this lot with all the beautiful coloured dyes that I bought at same time and I can't wait to see how the yarn will look once spun

I have always used polwarth wool and it is one of my favourite fibres to spin with. This is so underrated and really should be used far more in my opinion. Try it, you won't be disappointed.
