Replacement Card Cloth - Carders

These pieces of card cloth are designed for recovering our own Wingham Hand Carders, should the originals become worn or damaged. The pieces can also be used to re-fit other brands of carder, but the sizing will be down to you to work out.

Stainless steel wire for superior carding and long life.

If you are fitting to a wooden back that is smaller dimensions it is possible to remove the carder pins
through the back of the foundation as they are formed like staples. The rubber/cloth backing can then be trimmed back with a sharp craft knife

Card cloth should be pinned to the backing board, never glued as this prevents the flexibility of the wire.
