Bought the stand for my 60cm/24" Ashford Rigid Heddle Loom. The communication with the shop was excellent, and it arrived in the post quickly. The loom stand was easy to put together, with instructions that made sense, and now my loom is securely in the stand making for a much easier weaving experience.
I'm pleased with this. These loom stands seem on the expensive side generally, but I think it's going to be worth having. It saves table room, supports the loom at a good angle for weaving, and although quite light and manoeuvrable, can be held firmly with feet on the footrest when beating. It folds back down quickly & easily, saving space at the end of a session, and it's a straightforward to remove the loom in order to warp it up on a table using, a warping peg, if that's your preferred method. The stand was easy to put together, with clearly written instructions as well as comprehensible diagrams.
Recently purchased a RHL Stand for my 24 loom. I have constructed it and put my loom on it. As yet I havent put it into action but it is a very well made and sturdy stand.
As always the product was perfect as was the service which is why Wingham Wool Work is one of my favoured suppliers. Thank you
