Falkland Superwash is a natural white, machine-washable wool offering the soft character of Falkland Merino without the typical felting qualities.

Please Note: This is a "Superwash" fibre and has been treated so that it will not easily felt. This makes it a great choice for garments as it reduces shrinking, but please don't buy if you want it to felt.

This 20‑micron fibre has been treated to resist felting, making it ideal for projects where easy care is essential. It retains the softness and loft of Falkland wool while ensuring garments can be washed with confidence—great for accessories, children's items, or everyday garments that benefit from gentle machine washing.

Features:
    Natural white, 20‑micron Falkland Merino
Superwash treated—does not felt in the wash
Soft and lofty, easy to spin or knit
Perfect for machine-washable sweaters, scarves, hats, and socks

Whether you're spinning for comfort or felting with convenience, Falkland Superwash combines natural elegance with everyday practicality.

Excellent products & service

This is first time Ive used falklands merino and I cant get over how beautiful it is to spin. I order most of my tops from Wingham Wools and its always a pleasure speaking to them. Really helpful and also a speedy service. Thank you.
