Cashmere, Cream

Our Cream Cashmere is an exceptionally fine and luxurious natural fibre, prized for its incredible softness, warmth and lightweight handle. Produced from the soft undercoat of the cashmere goat, it is carefully separated from the coarser outer hairs to leave the beautifully fine down for which cashmere is renowned.

The natural cream colour has a soft, warm appearance and is beautiful used on its own or blended with other fibres. Even a relatively small amount of cashmere added to a wool or silk blend can noticeably increase its softness and luxury.

Cashmere's combination of exceptional warmth and very little weight makes it particularly suited to fine handspun yarns and special projects intended to be worn next to the skin.
