Ashford Joy 2

The Ashford Joy 2 is a compact, lightweight spinning wheel (approximately 5 kg / 11 lb) designed with portability and performance in mind. This single-drive wheel offers four easy-to-change ratios—6:1, 8:1, 11:1, and 14:1—allowing spinners to work across a range of yarn weights. The stretchy drive cord maintains proper tension as ratios are adjusted. Ball bearings in both the wheel and flyer ensure a smooth, quiet spinning experience, while the polyurethane-hinged treadles make for efficient heel-toe action.
