Ashford Freedom Roller for Rigid Heddle Loom

The Ashford Freedom Roller is a clever accessory that makes it easier to manage longer warps on your Ashford Rigid Heddle Loom. Quick and simple to attach, this additional front roller gives you the freedom to weave longer lengths of fabric and use thick weft yarns while keeping perfect sheds.

It’s ideal for weaving double-width projects, super-thick yarns, or multiple pieces without needing to cut and re-lash your warp.

Kit includes:

• Freedom Roller with clicker pawl
• Warp stick and warp stick ties

When using your Freedom Roller, there’s no need to remove the warp stick from your original roller. Simply rotate it so the stick and ties sit below the warp path. The knobs can stay in place, allowing you to switch between setups quickly and easily.

The Freedom Roller can be used with the new Rigid Heddle Variable Stand fitted to the rear of the loom, or attached to the front when weaving on a table.
