Landscape dyes are a one-pot dye system crafted by Kraftkolour of Australia, designed for effortless and lively colour on protein fibres such as wool and silk . 

Each 100 g pot dyes up to 1 kg of fibre at full strength, you can adjust the amount for lighter tones. The dye includes levelling agents for even coverage and softeners to maintain the handle of your yarn or fleece. Known as "One - Pot" system they include everything you need to start dyeing your fibre, though you may choose to add a little vinegar at the end to fully exhaust the dye bath.

Great colour and very convenient

I bought a few kraftkolour dyes as my very first dyes given that they are all-in-one and I was a little intimidated by the idea of other 2-step dyes (though I later discovered this is really very straightforward to achieve basic result). I have now progressed to other commercial and natural dyes, but I bought a bigger pot of this sage colour because I'm wanting to dye a full jumper project the same colour. Even though I am no longer intimidated by other dye products, I still find the kraftcolour range highly convenient and very consistent as long as I am careful to measure out the same dye per wool weight. And, given that I am still a newbie dyer and find it difficult to achieve the colours I want by mixing, I love the shades in the landscape range. The kraftkolour range is like being in a safe pair of hands and having instant (or as instant as you get in fibre crafts), beautiful yarn.
