Join us for a fantastic two-day celebration of all things weaving and spinning at our upcoming Ashford Demo Day at Wingham Wool, taking place on the 22nd and 23rd of April 2025. This exciting event will be hosted at the beautiful Barn at Berkeley, a charming and spacious venue perfectly located opposite our new site in South Gloucestershire.

We’re thrilled to announce that the lovely team from Ashford New Zealand will be joining us for this event. Whether you’re a seasoned fibre artist or just starting your journey, there will be plenty to inspire and learn from during the event.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Live Demonstrations: Discover the full potential of Ashford’s looms and spinning wheels with live demonstrations. Their team will showcase the versatility and craftsmanship of their equipment, offering tips and tricks for achieving stunning results. These sessions are perfect for improving your skills, gaining confidence, and learning new techniques under expert guidance.

• Meet the Experts: Chat with Ashford’s knowledgeable staff about their products, fibre artistry, and any questions you have about getting the best out of your tools.

• Visit Wingham Wool: As our site is just next door, you'll be welcome to browse our extensive range of natural wools, perfect for your next fibre project.

• Wheel and Loom Surgery: Bring along your spinning wheels and looms for a dedicated "surgery" where experts can help fix small issues and provide advice on maintenance and care.

Nestled in the beautiful Gloucestershire countryside, the Barn at Berkeley offers a warm and welcoming space for creativity to flourish. With ample room for demonstrations, workshops, and mingling with fellow fibre enthusiasts, it’s the ideal location for this inspiring event. Plus, the picturesque surroundings make it a delightful day out!
