Grey Shetland

Our Grey Shetland is a classic British wool and a longstanding favourite with hand spinners. Shetland wool is particularly valued for its combination of durability and a pleasing handle, producing characterful yarns that are enjoyable to spin and practical to use.

This is a completely natural grey, with the current combing showing subtle brown undertones that give the fibre additional depth and interest. As with all naturally coloured wool, each combed batch can vary slightly depending on the fleeces used, making every lot unique.
