The type of information we will collect and hold on computer about you will be only.

  • your name
  • address
  • phone number
  • email address, used for individual communication only
  • credit card details, these details are not put on our computer system unless you have directed us to do so

Nothing else will be recorded. All this information is password protected with limited access on our computer.

Credit card details are not held on our computer. Any number you give is used to process the order by manual entry into our card terminal and then destroyed. When you send details by e mail the information is held by page-secure.com from which we download the information and then delete the file on the secure site.

We will never collect sensitive information about you.

The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct promptly.
