The Traditional

The Traditional wheel represents one of the most fantastic all-rounders. It's easy to use for learning, and you can then buy simple add-on kits that allow you to adapt the wheel to specific types of spinning as you begin to experiment more.
It is available in single or double drive,  4 bobbins and Lazy Kate are included in the kit.
As you can see, it is also a classically styled wheel made from beautiful New Zealand Silver beech, so it will look great in your home.

The Traveler with scotch tension is a great little wheel that suits most spinners.  Like the Traditional you can buy "add on" kits that allow you to adapt the wheel to your specific spinning needs (most of the add ons for the Traditional will fit). If you collect the complete set of kits, you will have a wheel that will spin almost any type of yarn you can imagine.
With the Traveler you also have the bonus of portability.  The wheel has been designed to fit snuggly into the boot of your car, so it's easy to take it with you to workshops, and spin-ins.
The wheel is made from solid New Zealand Silver Beech and comes complete with 4 bobbins, threading hook, learn to spin booklet, and built in lazy kate.

If you're learning or teaching, the Kiwi is the right wheel for you.  The double treadle makes spinning more comfortable, it also makes it easier to stop and start.
There are "add on" kits available that allow you to adapt the wheel to spin different types of yarn. An added bonus for beginners is the super low price. 
The wheel is made from solid Medium Density Fiberboard with a New Zealand Silver Beech frame.

The Elizabeth is a double drive wheel specifically for spinning fine worsted yarns, but also a scoth tension option for softer woolens yarns.

Electric

If you are wanting to spin large amounts of yarn, perhaps for a small cottage industry, or if you have trouble treadling, the electronic may be your best choice.
It has a silent motor and a large range of flyer speeds from 0-1500RPM, so it is suitable for all skill levels.  Hand controls allow you to easily turn the motor off and on, change speed and direction.
It comes to you assembled and lacquered, and is made from New Zealand Silver Beech.
